| Rental Application | This application form must be turned in before a Gaslight Property lease can be issued. This form contains basic information concerning the tenant and will be used only for Gaslight Property records. |
| Residential Lease Agreement | This lease form is a generic example of what a standard lease form would look like. There is no specific data in this form, but only the outlines of a standard Gaslight Property lease. |
| Lead-based Paint Notification | In compliance with state and federal regulations, this form must be used by Gaslight Property to ensure that any potential tenant is aware of the safety of his new housing unit, specifically in the area of a potential for lead-based paint. |
